Customer Service/Order Processing Coordinator

Location: Northwest Houston

  • Handles customer inquiries regarding pricing, availability and status of order, invoices, shipment status, return items, etc.
  • Responds to customer delivery needs by interfacing with internal personnel.
  • Understands and supports established Sales & Operations policies and procedures to provide proper and effective treatment to customers.
  • Handles all Safety Data Sheets (SDS) requests.
  • Processes customer orders.
  • Confirms PO's.
  • Is responsible for RGA's (return goods authorization)
  • Provides credits to customers.
  • Adds ship dates on orders.
  • Pulls back-up for shipments.
  • Takes orders off the schedule.
  • Reviews packing slips and invoices.
  • Handle customer email inquiries in a timely fashion.
  • Stay on top of Hot Orders.
  • Process all EDI orders and follow all steps.

  • Oral/Written Communication
  • Customer Service experience
  • Bilingual is a plus, but not required
  • Detail oriented
  • Attention to detail
