Job Requirements
Job Description
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our team in providing high-quality care to patients in their homes. The ideal candidate will have a strong clinical background with experience in home health or private duty nursing.
Qualifications:
- Active Texas Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
- Minimum of two years of nursing experience required; home health or private duty experience preferred
- Current BLS/CPR certification
- Current TB test or chest X-ray
- Excellent clinical assessment and communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a home setting
- Compassionate, dependable, and patient-focused
- Experience with tracheostomy, ventilator, infusion therapy, wound care, and G-tube management is a plus
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to safely transfer and assist patients with mobility
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment
- Ability to respond appropriately in emergency situations
