Overview:

Responsibilities:

Deliver safe and compassionate care to critically ill patients.

Monitor, assess, and respond to changes in patient conditions.

Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation.

Ensure adherence to hospital policies, procedures, and best practices.
Job Requirements

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Texas.

Minimum 2 years of ICU experience required.

Current BLS and ACLS certifications.

Strong critical thinking, communication, and problem-solving skills.
