Job Summary:
Pulse Staffing is seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) for private duty assignments. In this role, you will provide one-on-one care to patients in their homes, ensuring safety, comfort, and high-quality nursing care.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care including medication administration, wound care, and monitoring vital signs
- Assess patient condition and report changes to physician or family
- Assist with mobility, transfers, and personal care
- Implement care plans and maintain accurate documentation
- Provide patient and family education and support
- Ensure a safe and clean home environment
- Offer compassionate one-on-one care tailored to patient needs
Job Requirements
Requirements:
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Prior experience in a clinical setting, home health or private duty nursing preferred
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care
- Valid CPR certification
