Part-Time Physical Therapist – Confidential Opportunity
Location: San Antonio, TX
Schedule: Mondays and Wednesdays
Pay: $60.00-$65.00 per hour
Pulse Staffing is conducting a confidential search for a licensed Physical Therapist to join a respected, multidisciplinary medical practice serving the San Antonio community.
This part-time opportunity is ideal for a Physical Therapist interested in supplementing their current schedule while providing personalized care in a collaborative outpatient environment. The position primarily focuses on orthopedic rehabilitation, with some cardiac reconditioning.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients’ physical abilities, limitations, goals, and treatment needs.
- Develop and implement individualized, evidence-based treatment plans.
- Provide therapeutic interventions to improve mobility, strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination.
- Support patients recovering from orthopedic injuries and participating in cardiac reconditioning.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
- Educate and motivate patients throughout the rehabilitation process.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals.
- Maintain timely, accurate, and complete clinical documentation.
- Deliver compassionate care to patients with a wide range of needs and personalities.
Qualifications
- Current, unrestricted Texas Physical Therapist license required.
- Graduate degree from an accredited physical therapy program.
- Previous clinical experience as a Physical Therapist preferred.
- Current knowledge of physical therapy treatments and best practices.
- Strong assessment, treatment-planning, and documentation skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional, dependable, and committed to patient-centered care.
- Must be available to work Mondays and Wednesdays.
