Job Summary
Pulse Staffing is seeking experienced Pharmacy Technicians to join our team. In this role, you will assist patients, providers, and pharmacies with medication inquiries, refills, and prescription support. Ideal candidates will have strong phone etiquette, excellent communication skills, and previous centralized pharmacy experience. This is a fast-paced, patient-focused environment offering the opportunity to make an immediate impact on medication safety and customer service.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and dispense medications accurately under the supervision of licensed pharmacists, including IV infusions and aseptic techniques for sterile preparations.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls related to prescriptions, insurance claims, and medication inquiries with professional phone etiquette.
- Process prescription refill requests and coordinate with pharmacists as needed.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with regulations.
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve patient concerns professionally.
- Collaborate with pharmacists and healthcare providers to ensure medication accuracy.

Previous experience in a pharmacy or call center setting is a plus, as well as knowledge of pharmacy regulations and insurance processes.
The successful candidate will be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment and possess excellent communication skills for effective patient interaction and teamwork. The ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail is crucial for this position.
