Pharmacist in Charge/Pharmacy Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Pharmacist in Charge/Pharmacy Manager to join our team. This key position is responsible for overseeing all pharmacy operations and ensuring the delivery of high-quality pharmaceutical services to our customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and supervise pharmacy staff, including pharmacists, technicians, and interns.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and standards of practice.
  • Oversee inventory management and ordering of pharmaceuticals and supplies.
  • Provide excellent customer service and patient counseling.
  • Develop and implement pharmacy policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize patient care and medication therapy management.
  • Monitor pharmacy performance metrics and implement strategies for improvement.

 

Job Requirements

 

Qualifications:

  • Doctor of Pharmacy degree (PharmD) from an accredited institution.
  • Active pharmacy license in the state of practice.
  • Proven experience in a managerial or leadership role in a pharmacy setting.
  • Strong understanding of pharmacy operations and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
