| Skills: | •2 years of direct patient care experience. Knowledge of general office tasks, confidentiality, filing, medical terminology, CPT coding, managed care referral and nursing care. • Ability to perform tasks for numerous patients, communicate effectively with the team, utilize monitoring equipment and basic patient care equipment, computer terminal and telecommunications equipment. | ||

| Duties: | Obtains and documents: Vital signs (without the use of continuous physiologic monitors) and notifies professional of abnormal findings as evidenced by supervisory observation and review of medical records. Physiologic values using continuous physiologic monitors; responds appropriately to alarms and notifies professional of abnormal values as evidenced by supervisory observation and review of medical records. Documents body measurements and intake and output and notifies the RN of abnormal finding as evidenced by supervisory observation and review of medical records. | ||
