Office Assistant - Vendor Management
Pulse Staffing has a contract assignment available for an experienced office assistant with vendor management experience. This is a 3 month assignment, with the possibility to extend with excellent job performance.
Position will be responsible for: performing routine but somewhat varied clerical duties for the assigned department, vendor intake and verification of legal entity, contract intake and verification of legal entity, as well as any other assigned duties.
***This assignment length is: May 27-August 24.
HS Diploma/GED, 2 years of recent administrative experience to include vendor management, excellent attention to detail and customer service skills, quick learner. Healthcare experience preferred.
