Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse for our Operating Room at our Plastic Surgeons office. The Registered Nurse will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care before, during, and after surgical procedures, ensuring a safe and efficient operating environment.
Responsibilities
  • Assess and monitor patients' conditions pre- and post-surgery, ensuring their safety and comfort.
  • Collaborate with the surgical team to prepare the operating room, including sterilization of instruments and equipment.
  • Administer medications and intravenous therapy as prescribed by the physician.
  • Provide ostomy care and manage wound dressings as necessary.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and documentation throughout the surgical process.
  • Assist in the education of patients and their families regarding post-operative care and recovery.
  • Stay current with best practices in nursing care, including knowledge of dermal fillers and sonography techniques.

Job Requirements

Experience
  • A valid Registered Nurse (RN) license is required.
  • Previous experience in an operating room setting is preferred.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
