**Job Overview**

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled MRI Technologist to join our team.Most have 5 + years of experience.The successful candidate will be responsible for performing high-quality MRI scans, ensuring patient safety and comfort, and contributing to the delivery of exceptional medical care.

**Duties**

- Conduct MRI scans and ensure proper alignment of patients for optimal image quality.

- Collaborate with radiologists and other medical professionals to diagnose and treat various medical conditions.

- Utilize medical imaging knowledge to interpret scan results and identify abnormalities.

- Perform CT scans as needed.

- Maintain aseptic technique and adhere to infection control protocols.

- Develop and implement effective patient care plans to ensure patient satisfaction.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in MRI technology and medical imaging techniques.

- Assist with the maintenance and upkeep of MRI equipment.

- Participate in quality control and quality assurance activities.

- Provide patient education and support.

**Qualifications**

- Possess a current MRI certification or registration with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT).

- Bachelor's degree in Radiologic Technology or related field.

- Strong knowledge of anatomy and physiology.

- Experience with medical terminology and sonography.

- Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

- Familiarity with CT scans and medical imaging techniques.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to maintain aseptic technique and adhere to infection control protocols.

- Knowledge of scan procedures and ability to troubleshoot equipment issues.

- Certification in MRI is preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $35.00 - $45.00 per hour

Schedule:

 

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • On call
  • Weekends as needed

 

Supplemental Pay:

 

  • Commission pay
