Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will possess strong clinical skills and a commitment to providing high-quality patient care. As an LVN, you will work under the supervision of registered nurses and physicians, assisting in the delivery of healthcare services in various settings, including hospitals, clinics, and long-term care facilities.

7am-7pm M-Sunday
12 hours shifts

Responsibilities
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes to the supervising nurse.
- Assist with basic life support measures when necessary.
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation for each patient.
- Provide care for patients with medical-surgical needs, including post-operative care.
- Support patients undergoing Botulinum toxin treatment by preparing them for procedures and monitoring their recovery.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Educate patients and their families about health management and treatment plans.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare standards and protocols.
Job Requirements
Qualifications
- Valid Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) license in the state of practice.
- Knowledge of anatomy, medical-surgical practices, and hospital medicine.
- Experience in an ICU or similar critical care environment is preferred but not required.
- Proficiency in medication administration techniques.
- Familiarity with electronic medical records systems is a plus.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- A college degree is a plus not required
