Responsibilities

Perform comprehensive assessments and develop individualized care plans.

Administer medications, treatments, and procedures safely and accurately.

Monitor patient conditions and respond promptly to changes.

Document patient care and interventions in accordance with regulatory standards.

Educate patients and families on conditions, medications, and discharge planning.

Collaborate effectively with physicians, caregivers, and support staff.

Maintain compliance with infection control, safety guidelines, and facility policies.

Participate in quality improvement initiatives and ongoing training.
Job Requirements

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Texas.

ADN or BSN required.
-
BLS required; ACLS/PALS preferred based on specialty.

Strong assessment, clinical, and critical-thinking skills.

Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Experience in med-surg, ICU, ER, pediatrics, home health, behavioral health, or wound care is a plus (will train the right candidate depending on the role).
