Pulse Staffing is seeking an experienced and compassionate Concierge Registered Nurse (RN) to provide personalized, high-quality healthcare services to clients in private homes, luxury residences, or on-site locations. This position is ideal for an RN who values patient-centered care, autonomy, and flexibility while delivering a white-glove healthcare experience.

Position Overview:

The Concierge Nurse will provide customized medical and wellness services, including assessments, IV therapy, medication management, and post-operative care. This role combines clinical excellence with a high level of professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive health assessments and monitor client conditions.

• Administer IV infusions, injections, and medications as prescribed.

• Provide post-surgical care, wound management, and recovery monitoring.

• Offer wellness services such as hydration therapy, vitamin injections, and health education.

• Coordinate care with physicians, wellness providers, and family members as needed.

• Maintain strict client confidentiality and uphold a luxury service standard.

• Document all nursing interventions and client interactions accurately.

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Texas.

• 2+ years of recent clinical experience (home health, infusion, ER, or med-surg preferred).

• IV insertion and infusion experience required.

• CPR/BLS certification required.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Professional demeanor, discretion, and commitment to premium service.

• Reliable transportation; willingness to travel to client locations.
