RN Private Duty Nurse – Home Care (Houston, TX)


Pulse Staffing is seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to provide private duty nursing care in the comfort of patients' homes. If you have at least 2 years of experience in home care, we invite you to join our dedicated team of healthcare professionals.

Job Responsibilities

  • Provide one-on-one nursing care tailored to individual patient needs.

  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.

  • Monitor vital signs and assess patient conditions.

  • Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and mobility.

  • Educate patients and families on disease management and preventive care.

  • Maintain accurate documentation of patient care and progress.

  • Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive care.

 

 

Job Requirements

  • Active RN license in Texas.

  • Minimum 2 years of home care experience.

  • Strong clinical skills and ability to work independently.

  • Compassionate and patient-focused approach.

  • BLS certification required.

  • Reliable transportation for home visits.
