- Collaborate with sales and office teams to ensure seamless client services.
- Utilize computer systems to track customer information and manage service requests.

Job Requirements
Requirements
- 2 +years of previous experience and bilingual proficiency in English is preferred but not required.
- Previous experience in sales or customer support is highly desirable.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in an office setting.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients.
- Proficiency in data entry and familiarity with computer systems for managing customer information.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
