Job Summary:
Pulse Staffing is seeking compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our growing team. In this role, you will provide high-quality patient care in hospital and assisted living facility settings. This is a great opportunity to work Weekend Schedules while gaining experience in top healthcare environments.
Responsibilities:
- Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Monitor and record vital signs
- Support patient mobility, transfers, and repositioning
- Respond promptly to patient needs and call lights
- Maintain a clean and safe patient environment
- Assist with feeding and hydration
- Observe and report any changes in patient condition
- Provide compassionate care and emotional support
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
- Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification is required
- Preferably possess Basic Life Support (BLS)/CPR certification
- Minimum of 6 months experience as a CNA, preferably in a hospital or healthcare facility
- Demonstrated proficiency in communication and teamwork
- Reliable and maintains a professional demeanor
