Job Description
We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our care team. The CNA will provide hands-on support to patients with daily living tasks, ensuring comfort, dignity, and quality care. The ideal candidate is patient, professional, and committed to delivering excellent service.
Responsibilities

Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting.

Take and record vital signs, intake/output, and report changes to nursing staff.

Support patient mobility, including turning, positioning, and transferring.

Provide assistance with meals, hydration, and feeding if needed.

Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for patients.

Answer call lights promptly and respond to patient needs.

Document care provided in accordance with facility policies.

Collaborate with nurses and healthcare team members to ensure patient well-being.
Job Requirements
Qualifications

Active CNA certification in the state of Texas.

High school diploma or equivalent.

Experience in long-term care, hospital, or home health preferred (will train new CNAs).

Ability to lift, move, and assist patients safely.

Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Compassionate, patient, and reliable.
