Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Part-Time Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) with Home Health Aide (HHA) experience to provide compassionate and professional care to client/patient.  This role requires a reliable individual who can assist with activities of daily living, provide companionship, and ensure the client's comfort and well-being in their home.

Responsibilities:

• Provide personal care assistance, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Assist with ambulation, transfers, and positioning.
• Prepare and serve meals, and assist with feeding as needed.
• Monitor and record vital signs (temperature, pulse, respiration, blood pressure).
• Administer medications as directed by the care plan and under the supervision of a registered nurse (if applicable).
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Perform light housekeeping duties, such as laundry and tidying up the client's living space.
• Document care provided and report any changes in the client's condition to the appropriate supervisor.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for the client.
• Follow all established care plans and safety protocols.

Qualifications:

• Valid CNA certification in Texas.
• Proven experience as a CNA, preferably with HHA experience in a home care setting.
• Current CPR and First Aid certification.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Reliable transportation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassionate, patient, and dependable.
• Ability to work independently   
   
• Knowledge of infection control practices.
• Must have recent experience with HHA.

Schedule:

• Part-time, [Number] hours per week.
• Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM.
• Flexibility to work occasional weekends or holidays may be required.
