Bilingual Spanish Nurse Practitioner (NP) – Harlingen Pulse Staffing – Clinic & Outpatient Settings
Job Summary: Pulse Staffing is seeking a Bilingual Spanish-speaking Nurse Practitioner to join a clinic in Harlingen, TX. The ideal candidate is experienced, compassionate, and fluent in Spanish and English, providing comprehensive care to diverse patient populations.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct patient assessments, physical exams, and health histories
- Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions
- Prescribe medications and treatments per scope of practice
- Educate patients and families on disease prevention and health management
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in EMR
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the healthcare team in Spanish and English
- Ensure compliance with clinic policies, safety, and infection control
Job Requirements
Job Title: Bilingual Nurse Practitioner

Requirements:
- Current Nurse Practitioner license (Texas)
- Fluent in Spanish & English
- BLS/CPR certification required; ACLS preferred
- Minimum 1–2 years NP experience in primary care, clinic, or outpatient settings
- Strong clinical, diagnostic, and communication skills
