Job Requirements
Job Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of phlebotomy experience, including proficiency in data entry and specimen handling
- Preference for experience in pediatric phlebotomy
- Must be fluent in Spanish
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced setting
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Capable of working autonomously or collaboratively within a team
- Adept at functioning with minimal supervision
- Reliable transportation and a clean driving record
