What You'll Do
Provide compassionate, patient-centered care in a home setting
Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility assistance
Offer companionship and emotional support
Observe and report changes in the client's condition
Promote safety, comfort, dignity, and independence
Work independently while maintaining the highest standards of care
Job Requirements
Qualifications
- Active Texas CNA certification required
- Fluent in both Spanish and English (required)
- Current BLS/CPR certification preferred
- Minimum of one year of CNA experience required
- Private duty or home health experience preferred
- Compassionate, patient, dependable, and professional
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently in a home setting
