Pulse Staffing has exciting career opportunities for Certified Nurse Assistants to work in a private home setting in central Houston. We are in need of qualified Private Duty CNAs who are looking to join a company with a bright future! You must be reliable, have your own transportation, current auto insurance, and ready to jump in to help in any situation!
Duties:
- Personal care - showering, bathing, dressing, bathroom assistance
- Remind clients to take prescribed medication
- Accompany clients to doctor s appointments, store etc.
- Plan and prepare meals
- Alzheimer/Dementia care
- Errands such as shopping or accompany clients when they shop
- Perform light housekeeping duties that clients can t complete on their own
- Be a pleasant and supportive companion
- Act quickly and responsibly in cases of emergency
Job Requirements
Requirements for the CNA position:
*Must have at least 2+ years of experience in a hospital private duty / home healthcare
*Must have CPR, TB clearance, current CNA certification
* Alzheimer's/ Dementia experience is preferred
Job: CNA / Certified Nursing Assistant
Primary Location: Houston, TX
Shifts: 7a-7p or 7p-7a, must work some weekends
